Notifications

We use GOV.UK Notify for handling all of our notifications including text messages to send the OTP during the 2FA process and email notifications to the applicant after any significant event.

To monitor activity or update any messaging templates you will first need a GOV.UK Notify account. Your local authority may already have an account. Visit our information page about Notify, or contact bops-team@unboxedconsulting.com if you have any questions.
