BOPS uses GOV.UK Notify to send emails and letters.
What you need to do
Set up your GOV.UK Notify account and work with our product team to connect it to BOPS using API keys. Note that you will need to do this for both your test and real BOPS accounts.
If you plan to send physical neighbour letters from BOPS during pilot testing, raise a purchase order (PO) to cover costs. Find out how to raise a purchase order on the GOV.UK Notify website
